  • Are your bags and backpacks waterproof? Our products are crafted from high-density, military-grade materials featuring a water-resistant coating. While they will easily protect your gear from light rain and moisture, they are not completely submersible.

  • What is the MOLLE system used for? The standard modular lightweight load-carrying equipment (MOLLE) webbing on our bags allows you to easily attach extra pouches, water bottle holders, or survival tools. It gives you the freedom to customize your bag based on your daily needs.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Do you ship internationally? Yes! We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders, no matter where your next mission takes you.

  • How long will it take to receive my order? To ensure top quality, our order processing takes 5 - 8 business days. Once dispatched, standard shipping takes 7 - 14 business days. Total estimated delivery time is typically 12 - 22 business days.

  • How can I track my package? As soon as your gear ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking system to update.

  • What is your return policy? We stand behind the toughness of our products. If you aren't fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window. Items must be in their original, unused condition.
