Shipping Policy

Order Processing Thank you for shopping with Dark Gear. All orders are processed within 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates and Estimates We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7 to 14 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 12 to 22 business days (Processing + Shipping).

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system. If you haven’t received your order within 25 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@shadowgear.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Shadow Gear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We highly recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at support@darkgear.com with photos of the issue so we can file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement. Dark Gear is not liable for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are stolen or lost at the destination.
